[tex-live] xindy now in build

Hello,

I am glad to say that I can not reproduce the error concerning the x-bit
to be set on /usr/lib/clisp//clisp-link anymoore, using the sources from
the svn-server. I unset the x-right on that script, and xindy is build
very quickly.

you can retrieve just xindy with

svn co svn://tug.org/texlive/trunk/Build/source/utils/xindy

or

mkdir xindy
rsync -av --exclude=.svn tug.org::tldevsrc/Build/source/utils/xindy/
xindy/
