[tex-live] papersizes: in the document or as system-wide setting?

Hi Ralf,
I'd like to postpone the Japanese stuff to TL 2009 because the table
only mentions paper sizes but no names. In the menus I prefer to have
names like "A4" instead of "210 true mm, 297 true mm".
Japanese paper sizes will certainly be supported by TeX Live in the
future, but I fear that it's necessary to discuss this with people from
Japan before such things are carved in stone.
