[tex-live] arabicore.sty vs. Arabicore.sty

I made the minimal change (appended) to
texmf-dist/tex/latex/arabi/arabic.ldf in TeX Live.

CTAN, will you consider updating
language/arabic/arabi/arabi/texmf/latex/arabi/arabic.ldf please?

Youssef, is there any hope of an arabi update in the near future?  In
any case, you may want to take a look at the Debian patch, which also
updates the messages and comments:
