[tex-live] TeXLive install from DVD failed

    Output is:
    Can't exec "./tlpkg/installer/lzma/lzmadec.i386-linux": Permission 
    denied at tlpkg/TeXLive/TLUtils.pm line 1045

I expect you have the DVD mounted with the noexec option.  Unfortunately
we did not foresee this, hence the mysterious error message.

The simplest solution is to remount it without noexec, one way or another.
