There is nothing to install.  Unpack/transfer them.   Done.

The README in the source/ tree explains what to do with the binaries you
built, namely move them to <tlroot>/bin/<tlplatformname>.
The other trees are likewise subdirs of <tlroot>.
In general, the idea is that you want to mimic the way TL's Master/ tree
appears.
