OK, that seems reasonable : this is a new installer,
and it can be considerably refined over the next
year.  But if asking questions is too much, at least
make some statements, such as :

	The TeX 2008 executables directory will be
	added to {your path | the system-wide
	search path} [whichever is correct]

	Two new shortcuts, "PS_View", and "TeXdoc_GUI", will
	be added to {your desktop | all users' desktops};
	you may safely delete these if you wish, as the
	programs will remain accessible from Start/Programs/TeX Live.
