[tex-live] Perltk-zh.pl in tl2008 has been finished in both simplified and traditional chinese.

I can'r see the difference between these two.

They both appear to be abbreviations of
Zhongguo-Taiwan, which would make sense
since the Taiwanese have retained the traditional
(pre-simplified) hanzi, but I assume that one
of the two should in fact have read differently ...
