[tex-live] XMLTeX documentation not up to date?

    in texlive/Master/texmf-dist/doc/xmltex/base returns nothing.  However,
    the web page
    <URL:ftp://ctan.tug.org/tex-archive/macros/xmltex/base/manual.html>
    explains this control sequence.

I updated manual.html and manual.xml in TL.  Thanks.
