[tex-live] Updating MikTeX

Howdy,

I realise this list is for tex-live development but for some reason my  
posts to the MikTeX mailing list are being bounced. Hopefully there is  
someone on here that knows enough about MikTeX to point me in the  
right direction.

I am trying to update MikTeX that was installed with TeXLive and I got  
the following error reported at the end of the log:
