[tex-live] updating titlesec in SVN

    Sorry, Karl, I'm afraid I haven't been clear in my request: CTAN has
    newer versions than the ones contained TL SVN.

I guess I wasn't clear in my reply :).  As far as I can tell, the files
in TL SVN are *exactly the same* as what's on CTAN.

Can you please tell me what files, specifically, you are seeing as
different?  That is, the exact path on CTAN and the exact path in TL?
