[tex-live] bin-texinfo.tpm: incorrect text at version tag?

The binaries of texmf/tpm/bin-texinfo.tpm (e.g. info, makeinfo etc.) are 
version 4.8:

	>Master/bin/i386-linux/info --version
	info (GNU texinfo) 4.8

but version at texmf/tpm/bin-texinfo.tpm is:

    <TPM:Version>4.0</TPM:Version>

Shouldn't this be

    <TPM:Version>4.8</TPM:Version>

?
