Probably your password for svn is different from the password for ssh.
This is very likely because the web interface warned you that the svn
password is not really secret.

When I got my svn account I had to type my (svn) password but I had
not been asked for a password later. I suppose that authentication is
then done by using the uuid key in .svn/entries in the root of your
working copy.

I suppose that you can copy your working directory from your old
machine to the new one and it should work there. It should be
sufficient to copy the svn root without Master/ and Build/ but you
have to run "svn up".

It will probably not work if you checked out svn+ssh://... Then it's
most likely an ssh issue.

Regards,
  Reinhard

Microsoft isn't the answer. Microsoft is the question, and the answer is NO.
