Did you already have a $HOME/texmf/ls-R?

I just installed texlivetest2007-inst-20070115 on Fedora Core 5
linux. My $HOME/texmf/ls-R was created months ago, and was owned by
root, probably from running "sudo texconfig-sys" with TL2005.
