[tex-live] TL2006 test img: pdf*tex.1 manpages; context manpages

Karl,

[I'm trying the texlivetest2006-live-20070103.iso]

pdftex 1.40 handles JBIG2, so I updated its manpage to reflect that
feature. It also incorporates etex/pdfetex, so I upated the
pdftex/pdfetex/etex manpages to reflect that change. Also a patch for
the missing .TP in kpsewhich, and a few additions of program versions to
other manpages (e.g. bibtex).

The cont-XX.1 manpages might confuse the user. They are mostly copies
of the pdftex manpage, but cont-XX is not a program, so it shouldn't go
in section 1. Maybe they belong in section 5 [file formats], as short
descriptions of how to make and/or use the formats?

I've included a diff of the changes, as well as attached a .tgz with the
changed files. Not sure whether it's worth pushing those changes
upstream; that is, if anyone is upstream of TL.

Looking through the other manpages, I noticed that the TL tree didn't
have the ConTeXt texmfstart.1 manpage that I'd written, and also the
texexec.1 manpage is the old one (it documents the perl version). Did
the new ConTeXt manpages not make it in?

Here's the diff (doesn't include the context changes mentioned above).
By the way, is there a mptopdf manpage anywhere? If not I might make
one.
