cs.map was for CS-fonts used by CSTeX. Boguslaw Jackowski found bugs
in the Type1 variant and prepared replacements by LM fonts. The map
file was therefore split into several smaller map files. I had no time
to look at the current ISO image but you should find several cs*.map
files containing the same, and lm-rep-cstext.map.
