    Ah. I was unaware that these sources were outsourced. How difficult is
    it going to be to find all these projects?

Check source/utils/README and source/texk/README.TL for my terse notes
on where upstream projects are.

kpathsea/web2c itself is maintained in TL, along with dvips (and plenty
of others).

I expect we can track down any problematic cases ...
