[tex-live] package updates ...

I have moved the file to doc/latex/babelbib and removed the
    bibtex/bib/babelbib directory.

For the future, don't move files around by hand. That just causes the
confusion the next time there is an update. My overall goal is for
every package reported on by tpm-ctan-check to be updatable without much
thinking. Unfortunately some new problems are always coming along.

    Well .. When I run tpm-ctan-check --check I get output/problems with:

Some of them are weird, but most just look like they need the standard
update treatment. Do what you can ...

For the specialbib hash: No idea what it is doing? Can I give special
    locations for special files ?!?!?

Yes.

    Can you fix this?

Yes. I added an entry
'babelbib', 'NULL',

That way, the .bib won't be matched, won't be installed in the
bibtex/bib runtime, and will stay in the doc dir.

If you can take a look at these packages that would be great.

I leave actually using all these things to others (and the users :).

What about new packages? I think it is better when you care for them.

Many new packages require little or no ctan2tds.pl magic; others are
enormous hassles. Anyway, we can discuss this further when
tpm-ctan-check runs clean :).

Furthermore, note that I have commented powerdot-doc-vn in tpm-can-check
as it always broke on my system.

Yes, there was a huge discussion about that last year when it was
created, and then it all seemed to be changed. I don't know where the
powerdot vietnamese doc actually is on CTAN now, if it's there at all.
Can you check? Maybe write Hendri (powerdot author) if perplexing. I
just haven't gotten to it.

Thanks sooo much.
