[tex-live] Ruby interpreter for Windows in the TeXLive distribution?

It would appear that the stuff on
<URL:http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=167> provides single
installation executables.

It would probably be appropriate to include the latest "stable"
version at some point during the process of preparing for the next
TeXlive release.
