Yes, but TL has texmf-dist/fonts/tfm/public/adobeuro/zpeur*.tfm ...

No problem.  It seems that we need something similar for Utopia as
well.  Do you want to put the scripts into TL?

Hartmut Henkel told me about a few other programs.  I hope that
everyone has at least one of them.
