All tpm files in texmf-dist/tfm contain <TPM:Build/> but only three (amsfonts, cmextra, and latex) contain <TPM:Build> Looks like a bug in the script which creates TPM files... Interestingly, tpm files in texmf/tpm are fine. Werner
