[tex-live] lcdf-typetools breakage

    My problem with lcdf-typetools hasn't gone away either:
    making all in utils/lcdf-typetools

Taco: My suggestion is to get the original files again and change the
timestamps so that automake is not run.  At a guess, this looks like
version problems in your aclocal vs. Eddie's.

Eddie: I suggest using AM_MAINTAINER_MODE, precisely to avoid this problem.
