[tex-live] unix/windows inst, binaries

Hi, 

Installed from test-texlive2004-inst-20041015.iso on sparc-solaris with
sparc-solaris and win32 binaries. Under Windows:

-- tl90bzip2.dll (needed by windvi) was not installed again 
-- mktexfmt did not work as before, wanting mf-nowin
