[tex-live] A plain TeX version of the LaTeX file testpage.tex?

I am looking for a plain TeX equivalent of the file testpage.tex. I 
have a user struggling with TL2004 problems with sizes which only 
appear when using pdftex (not with pdflatex or tex+dvips).

Does someone have such a beast?
