[tex-live] xdvi and lixbm

Staszek has some good-old system to build xdvi on. That system does
not have Motif and it has a static version of libXaw. On that system,
he manually runs

  cd TeX/texk/xdvik
  rm xdvi-xaw.bin
  make xdvi-xaw.bin kpathsea_link='$(link_command)' \
    kpathsea=../kpathsea/.libs/libkpathsea.a \
    x_tool_libs="-Wl,Bstatic -Xaw -Wl,Bdynamic -lXpm -lXmu -lXt"
  strip xdvi-xaw.bin

to produce a "compatible" version of xdvi which should run on today's
systems.
