[tex-live] tex live 2004 in summer?

since bachotek (early may) is a moment when a lot of texies meet, that's 
probbably a good moment to bring documentation in sync

another sync moment can be the febr/march dante meeting, e.g. major 
decisions about what extras go on the dvd can be discussed live there
