[tex-live] Compiling with X11 on Mac OS X

Simpler programs will probably compile fine. The problem I am 
encountering is that TL *configure* does noot turn on X11-specific 
compile and link flags.

OOPS. It turns out Apple ships X11 without the headers. Sigh.

Sorry people, that is so stupid that I never expected it.
