I have just cleaned up tpm files.
My list of checks reports that :

Checking dependencies:
***********************************
Packages not required by anything :
***********************************
collection/tex-latexrecommended.tpm
package/booktabs.tpm
package/caption.tpm
package/cite.tpm
package/citeref.tpm
package/crop.tpm
package/ctable.tpm
package/euler.tpm
package/everysel.tpm
package/everyshi.tpm
package/extsizes.tpm
package/fancyref.tpm
package/fancyvrb.tpm
package/float.tpm
package/floatflt.tpm
package/fp.tpm
package/jknappen.tpm
package/koma-script.tpm
package/mdwtools.tpm
package/memoir.tpm

package/ps4pdf.tpm
package/psfrag.tpm
package/rcs.tpm
package/seminar.tpm
package/texlive-source.tpm
package/thumbpdf.tpm

***********************************

All these packages are not required by anything. They should be
dispatched into the appropriate collections. Who can do this ?

The coverage test reports that :

Checking coverage:

texmf/fonts/tfm/public/gothic/tfrak.tfm

Which is rather good.
