[tex-live] cleaning texmf tree

Just some cleaning needed in texmf/ tree:

1. doc/fonts/devanagr/README
   doc/fonts/devanagr/readme
causes always mess on windows. Candidate to zap (or rename): README
Beware: there is also read.me (shouldn't be touched ;-)

2. doc/windvi/Examples (empty, to zap)
   doc/windvi/examples/  (OK)
   Fabrice, perhaps here is the problem with copying the first file.
   
3. doc/musixtex/   
   178kb of .toc, .idx, .ilg, .ind, .lgi, .olg, .slg
   (7 old interim files from 1996!)

4. doc/html/manpages/
   links converted to 0 bytes files (???):
MakeTeXPK.html -> mktexpk.html
cont-de.html   -> ?? (etex.html ?)
cont-en.html   -> ??
cont-nl.html   -> ??
einitex.html   -> etex.html
elatex.html    -> etex.html   
evirtex.html   -> etex.html
inimf.html     -> mf.html
inimpost.html  -> mpost.html 
iniomega.html  -> omega.html
initex.html    -> tex.html
lambda.html    -> omega.html
pdfinitex.html -> pdftex.html
pdflatex.html  -> pdftex.html
pdfvirtex.html -> pdftex.html
texhash.html   -> mktexlsr.html
virmf.html     -> mf.html
virmpost.html  -> mpost.html
viromega.html  -> omega.html
virtex.html    -> tex.html

5. doc/guides/lshort-*  directories contains empty subdirs (not removed
   after making .zip files).
   
6. fonts/pfm/hoekwater/context/   empty dir

7. fonts/type/public/yhmath/  empty
          ===!
     in  type1/public/yhmath is OK
     
8. fonts/afm/bit/charter  ??!! ;-)
   fonts/afm/bitstrea/charter
   fonts/afm/bitstrea/charter
