[tex-live] a bit of mess with unix binaries and man pages

Hmm, strange. Really.

AHHHH. Nobody TOLD me that I should build binaries in the source.development
tree. In your original email asking for binaries you also mentioned that
builds should now be done in the source tree, not the source.development
tree.

Anyway it is in the TeX/texk/tetex (thanks to grep mktexfmt `find . -name Makefile.in`)
but it does not look like make install-exec is executed there.

I just rebuild the whole stuff and see whats going on (>build.log 2>&1).
Maybe it is a problem of this old autoconf/automake/automagic stuff.
