[tex-live] iso image

I am afraid there is no image available at present. I hope to have one
next week if Fabrice is able to work on the Window setup. I changed
the install setup, which meant the Windows side stop working,[1] so I
withdrew the image. I didn't keep the old one...

[1] Fabrice, maybe you could just do a quick new TeXSetup pointing at
texmf/packages instead of texmf/tpm?
