TeX Live CD-ROMs for training

I think we do things like this on a common-sense basis at
present. It seems sensible to me that you use TL4 as a promotion thing 
for TeX and TUG at XML 99.

However, I would prefer it if you got the 20 copies from the TUG
office. Why make copies if they have stocks?
