I have agreed to head up this work; see my previous email.

This seems much more problematic. It would be a matter of searching out people
to implement the binaries for each of the platforms, right? I have a candidate
for NextStep, but as for the others, I do not know.

Sebatian, did you do AIX, Solaris, etc., for TL4?
