[tex-k] dvips info page describes debugging options incorrectly

Hi Hilmar,

    I'm afraid the patch is not totally correct. The option value 128
    says "none", while it should be "Memory allocation". 

No.  I just disabled that debug value in dvips dev sources because I've
never found the "Alloc" debug messages useful, just extremely verbose.

The 512 for stat calls is correct (although just about as boring as
memory allocation, maybe I should dump those too).
