True. (But command line would be as unnatural as environments there.)
It's not needed on *ix (and can be trivially solved with a wrapper
script), so why waste time? Or are we talking about web2c *on windows*?
Then that might make sense. Would a cygnus wrapper script work? Or just
use cygnus bash. Or Linux :)
