[tex-k] dvips produces postscript which bombs out

The problem here is that "EPSF" file contains outright binary characters
and without the appropriate DocumentStructuringComments that would
allow dvips to skip the binary.

So dvips is trying to parse the binary, looking for DSC and the like, and
not doing it successfully.

I'd say that file is broken, as is the application that generated it
(ImageMagick).

I'm sure there's an option to create an ASCII EPSF; I'd use that.  The
increase in space shouldn't be more than about 25% for that graphic.
