[tex-k] Swapping mf and mfw

Given that the only people likely to be running mf by hand are those
actually trying to use it, it would seem to make sense to have:

  mf: windowing support compiled in
  mf-nowin: no windowing support

and then have the mktex* scripts calling mf-nowin instead of mf.
That way, when people try using mf, it does what they expect, rather
than having to use mfw, which is non-obvious.
