[pstricks] prosper overlays problems -- solved

The problem is solved by downgrading TeXLive 2016 to TeXLive 2009.
After I have done so, the overlays worked without problems, but a part
of the slides was cut off. The latter problem was solved by using

dvips -O 0,0.25 -T 8.4,12.0

instead of dvips.
