[pstricks] New behaviour of ps4pdf and pdflatex after upgrade to texlive-2011

I removed that line \logo{\inlcudegraphics{..} already to simplify my
example. So I suppose that line can not be the reason for the missing
bounding box.

Nevertheless I tried the lines above, but I am sorry, they did not
change anything
