[pstricks] fusion, projection etc in pst3d-solides

I downloaded the app, and put TeXFontUtility and TeXFonts.db inside the folder ~/Library/Applications/TeX  (was that correct?) and TeXFontUtility.pdf in a folder on my desktop containing documentation for various TeX-related apps.

When I ran it, I got the message "You appear to have no folder named  ~/Library/texlive/2010 Create?".  Initially, confused, I clicked "yes" at which point I got "An exception of class NilObjectException was not handled.  The application must shut down."  So of course I clicked "OK" and it shut down.  Then I tried again, this time answering "no" at which point the same NilObject message came up.  Indeed I have no folder ~/Library/texlive  (assuming ~ means user).
I also have no idea what is going on here.
