[pstricks] Can't run pstricks under plain TeX after update!

Hi all,
I'm using plain TeX (MacTeX) and after the last 
update to pstricks via the TeX Live Utility, it appears 
that I cannot run pstricks!

The error I get is:

I wish I knew what the exact problem is. Can anyone help me with this?
