I am trying to use a combination of multido and rput to create a  
variable angle:

\SpecialCoor
\multido{\iX=-3+3}{9}
{
	\multido{\iY=-3+3}{9}
	{
		rput{! \iY \iX atan}(0,0){Some text}
	}
}

The angle specification fails. Any ideas on how to get this to work?
