[pstricks] Missing subtick lines

but only for your problem ... try axesstyle=frame ...
Then you have all lines with the old pstricks-add.tex

the problem is the axesstyle=axes, the "end" of the line
is not at the tip of the arrows, but at the beginning.
This makes it difficult to know what the user want.
The default is no tickline at the arrowend.

I will revert all changes and see what's the best here.
