PSTricks and Textures

Dear colleagues,

I am having troubles with installing PSTricks for use with Textures. I am 
running Textures 1.7.7. When I try to typeset the file pst_test.doc, 
everything goes well on the TeX level, i.e., I am not getting any TeX 
error messages, but my printer does not print anything else than 

   ERROR: undefined
   OFFENDING COMMAND: TX at save

   STACK: 

I have got PSTricks from /CTAN/graphics/pstricks/ and spent the whole day 
on figuring out what might be the installation procedure for Textures. 
The final solution was to rename
files as follows and put them in the TeX input folder:

   pstricks.doc    ->  pstricks.tex (to avoid using headers)
   textures17.con  ->  pstricks.con 
   pst-node.doc    ->  pst-node.tex

I also got earlier version from 
/CTAN/systems/msdos/4alltex/disk04/pstricks.zip, but the problems were 
the same.

Please, let me know the correct installation procedure, if you know.
