[pdftex] Problem with eps figures

What happens when you say \includegraphics{figs/fasesJSP}?
If pdftex tries loading the eps file, then graphics thinks
you're using dvips.

Maybe you're giving a dvips option somewhere (hidden in an
included package or config file)?
