Cool! Anyone doing anything with tagging / structuring .pdfs in pdftex?

My current project at home (formatting _The Confederate Soldier's Pocket
Manual of Devotions_) would benefit from this (I'd like for it to work
nicely if converted as a .pdf to read in a Palm Pilot).
