[pdftex] lucida font in context/pdftex

This is not a pdftex problem.

The "problem" is that context is using Y&Y font names instead of Karl Berry
font names.  For instance, the Lucida Bright Regular TFM has Y&Y name
lbr.tfm and Karl Berry names are hlhr7t.tfm, hlhr8c.tfm, hlhr8r.tfm, and
hlhr8t.tfm (depending on which context the fonts are used in)

So, I would try to get the Y&Y named TFMs from Y&Y.  Hans might have more
to say about this...
