[metapost] mpost: list of all output file names

I do this in a bash script, so ...

epsfiles=`/usr/bin/find . -type f -newer $jobname.mp -name "${jobname}*[0-9]*.eps"`

Of course that may not be sufficiently general for you ....
What sort of program are you writing?
