[metapost] Does MetaPost catch on?

Users with typesetting needs can always migrate to TeX /when/ they got 
caught by MetaPost.  That is the idea.

I'm sorry I haven't found the time to reply to your other mail so far. 
I like separating text and graphics better than in-lining graphics into 
document sources.  Is it possible (with ConTeXt) to in-line MetaPost 
graphics into an empty TeX file and compile that into separate graphic 
files with proper bounding box?  What about SVG output?
