[metapost] Inkscape development

Hi,

I asked around for an Inkscape developer to write a "LivePen" tool
(there's an Illustrator plugin so named) directly into Inkscape on
commission last week and one of the lead developers said Inkscape's
new LPE subsystem is ideally suited to it, but no one has approached
me. I wonder if anyone on this list might be interested, if you have
a background in C++/GTK development and think you could
take this on, let me know :-)
