[OS X TeX] What can be deleted

I have found the following TeX related files on my Mac. What can be deleted safely?

Fink-teTeX.texdist
gwTeX-2003-2005.texdist
MacPorts-teTeX.texdist
TeXLive-2008.texdist
TeXLive-2009.texdist  -> this I am using.
